SHOE BOARD

CELFIL

  • Non woven type shoe insole material
  • Low adhesive absortion
  • Good rigidity and dimensional stability
  • Material with good flexibility
  • Not delminating.

CELTEC

  • Shoe insole material made with natural cellulose fibers
  • Excellente absorption and moisture desorption
  • Suitable for different footwear constructions
  • Available with EVA in different thicknesses.

STROBEL

  • For use as a stitched shoe in Strobel construction
  • Allows cost reduction and mounting speed.
  • For direct injection or for use with box sole.
  • Does not elongate or deform
  • Widely used in industrial and athletic footwear.

THERMOPLASTIC TOE BOX AND HEEL COUNTER

OROTERMO AND ENDURFLEX

  • Thermoplastic materials with non-woven base for use as a toe puffs and counters in the footwear industry
  • With thermoplastic adhesive on one or two sides.
  • Excellent adherence to skin or synthetic materials.
  • Available in different thicknesses.
  • Eliminates the need for solvents
  • Ensures the footwear’s aesthetics.

POLIFLEX

  • Thermoplastic materials for use as a toe puff in Footwear industry
  • Excellent rebound and last copying
  • Thermoplastic adhesive on one or both sides

POLIBOND

  • Material for use as a toe puff and counter in the shoe industry,
  • Made with thermo-adhesive properties
  • Very good last shape retention.
  • Good ping pong effect on the finished shoe.
  • Good stiffness available in differente thicknesses.

OROZ

  • Cotton woven material.
  • For quick drying
  • Good rigidity
  • Suitable adhesiveness.
  • Easy to die-cut and doesn’t generate dust.
  • Tailored for traditional hand assembly.

ENDURLITE

  • Nonvoven material.
  • Specifically for hand assembly.
  • Good stiffness and good bounce.
  • Memory for better molding and excellent elongation that copies the shape of molds and last.

LININGS AND FOOTWEAR

OROPAL LINING

  • Non-woven polyester material for lining
  • Exhibits excellent breathability
  • Used to add structure or as a coating base
  • Gives body to the cut
  • Available in different colors and thicknesses

SOCKLINNER OROPAL

  • Polyester material designed for shoehorn or heel due to its type of manufacturing, it has excellent resistance to abrasion or rubbing.
  • Soft touch, which provides comfort and excellent presentation to footwear.
  • Different qualities and colors.
  • Used to add structure or as a coating base.
  • Provides an excellent presentation to the shoe

POLIBLEL

  • Nylon non-woven material for use as a shoe lining
  • Used to give body or as a base for synthetic laminates.
  • It has excellent breathability properties.
  • Available in different thicknesses and colors for different uses.
  • Can be bonded with 3 or 4 mm Polyurethane foam for added comfort
